Story (9/10)
The storyline is captivating and keeps me hooked. I love reading the bedtime talks and scenes where characters express their struggles—they add depth and give insight into their personalities. The third-person omniscient perspective adds a unique touch, making the dialogue even more engaging. The tale of the goddess, demon kings, and the tasks tied to the goddess’ will is truly fascinating.

Characters (10/10)
The characters are so well-crafted that I remember all their names without effort. Their designs are impressive, with detailed pixel art and smooth animations that bring them to life.

• Mars: A smart and intriguing main character who knows how to play his cards right. You can feel his internal conflict, as he struggles between helping others and sticking to his mission. It adds a layer of complexity to his character that makes him relatable.

• Erin: His role as the Hero is well-executed—he’s self-centered and oblivious, which makes him the perfect target for some well-deserved comeuppance. His obsession with Cecile drives most of his actions, showing just how flawed he is.

• Cecile: Her design is fantastic, capturing the viewer’s attention with a look that fits both her role as a Priestess and her inner insecurities. Her character growth from proud to vulnerable is interesting and makes her journey compelling.

• Sera: She hides her emotions out of fear of appearing weak, especially in front of Erin. This creates great opportunities for character development, as her perseverance to be with Erin drives her forward, even in difficult moments.

• Vi: A loyal companion who always supports Mars and genuinely cares for him. Her dedication adds warmth to the story.

• Lavinia: A solid side character whose dates reveal more about her outlook on life. I hope to see her play a bigger role in future updates.\

Music (10/10)
Surprisingly, the soundtrack is fantastic! I usually mute game music, but this one is too good to skip—feels like something out of Undertale, with catchy and immersive tracks.

Bugs/Issues

• There’s a bug where clicking the heart icon to check Cecile’s stats doesn’t allow you to exit the menu, requiring a restart. It’s best to save often.
• Occasionally, a monster will remain on-screen after a fight, blocking movement but still letting you access the menu.

Suggestions for Improvement

• Add at least three more monster designs for variety.
• Include more attack animations or new moves.
• Expand Vi’s dialogue to give her more presence in the story.

Tips for Hero Party Must Fall

1. Choose Heroes Wisely: Affinities matter. Instead of just using high-level heroes like Helix, consider heroes like Atreus, Urasil, Phoren, and Taranis for better synergy and bonuses.

2. Stay Safe from Mobs: Keep your distance to avoid damage. Use your heroes, pets, and abilities to deal with enemies. If overwhelmed, lead them off-screen to reduce lag.

3. Select Abilities Carefully:

   • Avoid “+ abilities” (HP, Attack, Speed, Crit) as they’re often not effective.
   • Prioritize bolt, strike, meteor, and star abilities for higher damage.
   • Defensive skills like bloodthirst and invincible star are essential.

4. Save Gems: Don’t spend gems on this mode; the rewards aren’t worth it. Use them for more valuable areas like the Ancient Maze.
